Yes. All 100 ml containers which go into this one (1) litre bag must fit easily to facilitate screening.

If you go on a connecting flight in North-America (United States/Canada), liquid which you buy in a store after you have gone through security check or that you buy on board the aircraft must be packed in checked-in baggage before you continue on to your connecting flight. You have an opportunity to do this after you have gone through customs when arriving at the aerodrome in North-America (United States/Canada).

Liquid which is bought before a passenger checks in shall be packed in checked-in baggage.

Liquid bought by passengers after they have gone through security check in North-America (United States/Canada) and other states outside the European Economic Area may not be carried in hand baggage into an aerodrome in Iceland even though it is in a sealed container.

Liquid bought on board an airplane registered in a state within the European Economic Area may be brought into an aerodrome in Iceland if the product is in a sealed bag. Passengers also need to be able to present a receipt confirming the contents of the bag and the date of purchase if security guards ask for this information.
